Getting started
Is NORM.CASH a bank or an exchange?
Neither. NORM.CASH is the crypto wallet and swap layer for the norm ecosystem — you hold crypto, convert between coins, and use the balance to play on NORM.GAME.
Do I need an account?
You'll sign in to hold a balance. The wallet and the game share one account, so your funds are available in both places automatically.
Is there a fee to sign up?
No. Creating a wallet is free. You only ever pay the fees listed on our
Fees page.
Money in & out
How do I get crypto into NORM.CASH?
Deposit crypto directly to your wallet address, or (soon) buy with a card through an embedded on-ramp partner. However it arrives, it lands as a balance you can use immediately.
What currency do I play in?
Whichever one you choose. Hold as many coins as you like and pick your play coin — bets and wins settle in that coin. Prefer stability? Play in USDT or USDC. Want to ride your BTC, ETH or SOL? Play in those. You can switch anytime, and toggle balances to fiat (USD) display whenever you want.
Can I withdraw my crypto anytime?
Yes. Your balance is yours — withdraw to any external wallet whenever you want, straight from the app. Swap back to BTC or ETH first if you like.
How long do deposits and withdrawals take?
Deposits credit once the network confirms your transaction. Withdrawals are signed and broadcast promptly; final settlement depends on the chain you're using.
Playing
Do I have to leave NORM.GAME to manage funds?
Never. Deposits, swaps, and withdrawals are all embedded inside the game, so you stay in one place the whole time.
How does a bet settle?
Every bet debits your balance and every win credits it in real time, against a single shared ledger. Retries are idempotent, so a bet can never be charged twice.
Is there an age limit?
Yes — NORM.CASH and NORM.GAME are strictly 18+. Please play responsibly and within your means.
Safety
How are my funds protected?
Funds are held in a hardened custody setup, isolated from the game layer, with a single auditable ledger. See our
Security page for details.
What phase is the product in?
NORM.CASH is live on real infrastructure in a testnet phase, with mock rails while real custody and liquidity partners are integrated.
