Terms of Service

The rules of using NORM.CASH

Last updated: July 2026 · Testnet phase

These Terms govern your use of NORM.CASH (the "Service"). By creating a wallet or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use crypto and gaming services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you are.

2. The Service

NORM.CASH provides a crypto wallet, asset swaps, and a balance used across the norm ecosystem, including NORM.GAME. During the current testnet phase, certain rails are simulated; features and fees may change as real custody and liquidity partners are integrated.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the security of your credentials and the accuracy of withdrawal addresses. Crypto transactions are generally irreversible; we cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect address.

4. Risk

Crypto assets are volatile and gaming involves risk of loss. Only use funds you can afford to lose. Nothing here is financial advice.

5. Fees

Fees are described on our Fees page and shown before you confirm any transaction.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, or in breach of applicable sanctions. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Availability

We aim for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and may modify or discontinue features.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Contact

Questions can be sent through the channels listed on our About page.

This is a plain-language summary for an early-stage product and is not a substitute for legal advice. Final terms will be issued alongside licensed operations.
